Can I sell my ICVC in order to invest in an ICVC ISA?
You can switch your ICVC investment into an ICVC ISA at any time, subject to the relevant ICVC ISA subscription limits.
You need to complete an ‘ICVC ISA application form’ and return it to us with a covering letter, stating which of your ICVC investments you wish to switch into an ICVC ISA.
Our address is:
Invesco Perpetual Administration Centre
PO Box 11150
Your investment will be sold at the next valuation point after we receive your instructions. Valuations take place at 12 noon each business day.
Sale proceeds are invested into your chosen fund, within your ICVC ISA at the 12 noon valuation point on the next business day.
The ICVC share price will fluctuate between the two 12 noon valuation points. This means that the number of shares held in your ICVC ISA will either be slightly less or slightly more than the number of shares sold from your ICVC investment.
We currently charge 1% of the amount being switched: the 5% entry charge is discounted by 4%.
The Invesco Perpetual Money Fund is not available within a stocks and shares ISA. The Invesco Perpetual cash ISA offers investment into our money market ICVC, the Invesco Perpetual Money Fund.
As the Invesco Perpetual Money Fund doesn’t have an entry charge, switches from the Money Fund to another Invesco Perpetual fund will only attract the 4% discount if the Money Fund was purchased as the result of a previous switch.
Please ensure you have been provided with the most recent fund and share class specific Key Investor Information Document(s), the Supplementary Information Document and our ICVC ISA Key Features and Terms & Conditions before making any decision to invest.
