Am I able to view investments held in a joint account through the Online Valuation Service?
Yes, if you are the primary holder on the account, but not if you are a secondary holder.
Your Online Valuation Service documentation is sent to the registered address (that of the primary holder or joint holders) and so as a security measure, only the primary holder is able to use the Online Valuation Service. If you are a secondary holder, you will not be able to register to use this service. You can, however, request a valuation statement by contacting our Investor Services team.
