Further information about how charities may invest in an Invesco Perpetual ICVC.

Registration

Invesco Perpetual will only accept UK registered charities. We will register the account in the name of the registered charity.

Documentation

The following completed documentation will be required to set up an account with Invesco Perpetual:

  • Invesco Perpetual 'Application for an ICVC' form - to be completed by the trustees or the registered correspondent of the charity.
  • Letter from the Registered Correspondent of the charity - confirming their authority to make the investment.
  • List of authorised signatories.

Please be advised all account documentation, correspondence and settlement cheques will be sent to the registered first named holder on the account.
